To meet global needs for sustainable food and healthy living, we established the “OGC Mushroom Laboratory.” Here, we focus on developing efficient mushroom production technologies, supporting growers, and providing unique strains that match their needs.

My research has focused on the development of a novel variety of golden oyster mushrooms, characterized by enhanced health benefits and a reduced risk of environmental contamination from spore release.
